      Mr Twoqu!
Seriously though double check that relay is correct. I think it should have an 87a terminal that supplies the injector fuse.
Or you could seperate the cover and check to see if there is an issue with the contacts.
I just looked at a fpr thread. I'll find it again.

Was pin 27 one of the wires that the immo was attached to?

                    This wiring diagram

                    covers pin 27 - switched 12v via fuse 32

                    Goes to your ignition amp

Pinout 18 from s27 fuse does not fluctuate but
Pinout 37 from s28 fuse has 12v on ignition and cuts Down to 3v on starting
No continuity from 87a to pinout 37
                      Here is the problem!!
                      Al trace the cable
This would explain why the ecu cuts out when this short happens

The only solid blue wire at the ecu side is pin 47 - crankshaft position sensor G28 (pin 2).

Pull fuses and check for signs of bad connection, maybe the fuse holder is loose?

This blue wire from the ecu pin 37 is not an original wire it's been added in. But I can not find the other end that should go to fuse s28 or 87a of the fuel pump relay
Can anyone confirm that the 87a go to the s28 fuse then to ecu pin 37?
