I hope you mean the car!
Yeah if you could give me some details I will pass them on to Paul (Powerflex) and see where we go from there. It would be nice to know what subframe you have, and what upper arms. And whether you would miss them for a month or so.Comment

.
I have the cast upper arms as spares, on the car are the pressed version.
Subframe, didn't know there were any differences...
Paul...i hope you meant the car too...

Ooohhh excellent
Yeah there is an early type and late, the mounting bushes to chassis are different... One type has 2 front bushes and 2 different rear ones (all on rear subframe), the other type has 4 off the same bushes.Comment

With a big enough hammer, you'll be done by lunchtime
Seriously though --->
1. Disconnect prop & probably need to get the zorst out of the way too
2. Slacken forward diff mount where it connects onto chassis
3. Remove handbrake cables and Remove flexible brake lines
4. Unbolt upper wishbone inner mounts to the top of strut/damper
5. Unbolt dampers from where they connect to lower wishbones
6. Remove the four subframe bolts with it all secured on a jack to drop all as one
Easy to say innit !!!Paul Nugent
