It depends how many want's a set, payments, and how fast the machine shop does the alu-bushings. Hope for 2-3 weeks...

I'm going to try and install my set myself, although I must admit I've never tried anything like this before!

Don't suppose there's a more detailed guide anywhere, showing the best way to do it and what the required torques are?

I dropped the subframe almost completely, only held by the sway bar. Disconnected the starter/alternator cables.

Not a bad job considering i used floor jacks. Took me 1.5hr.

I also dropped the subframe, pressed out the original front bushes and installed the alu ones. Took me around 2 evenings to swap it along with both front bearings. I could have done it faster but i'm kinda slow and pedantic about those things and i wanted to be sure that i had done everything correctly (eg doublecheking everything just to be sure)

On topic: the front suspension is actually more quiet with alu bushes, no exess vibrations appeared. On bumps the front feels more solid and quiet then before also a lot tighter (old rearmost bushes were quite worn also), so i'm really pleased with that. Also rear subframe is mounted on solid alu bushes.

The set includes: 4 aluminium buches(2 for one hole), 2 steel flange buchings(hot zinc coated) and 2 M12x90mm 10.9 bolts.
