Yeah, ADI was epic this year So many S2s in one place was quite an achievement for a car that's at least 16 years old and was rare even when new!

Has anyone heard of or from Paul recently? I do agree that less top posters is not a bad thing but these are generally the people with the knowledge that keeps places like this forum alive and make them so valuable to be a member of. It's still the best forum regardless, in the fact it is the easiest one to use and the best layout.

Thats the thing that makes this place special, genuine, knowledgeable, keen to help enthusiasts.
I think some forums are mainly populated with people that only post when the need help with a problem and then don't follow it up with a conclusion, a pet hate of mineThe t4 forum are masters of this, but I have learnt a little on there to.

For quality this is where its at for not just the S2 but automotive in general and beyond sometimes

No dig inteded mate. not even seen your post on there. But I can rember you asking for help on hear saying it was not forthcomming from there, which is exactly what I found when I needed help with mine!
