Talking with Brian Tonks (Tonks4x4) and we are guaging interest to see how many would be interested in a billet replacement to the OEM 054 103 129.

Key features will include:
- Tapered back plate w/o-ring to allow for proper sealing once it is installed in the block
- T6061 Aluminum construction for that Bling factor
-Anodized in Clear / Black / Red or Gold
- AN-12 female tap to those who want to run a catch can can use an AN-16 male union and run a line to your catch can or if you want to use your OEM line , an AN-16 to barb fitting is available.
- 8AN plug included for a catch can return.
- Laser cut baffling plate on the back side to aid in crankcase baffling.

Hello Gents,
Finishing up some other projects and took another go at the Breather cap.


As shown I am going to be making these 2 piece. The 1st piece takes a dead blow to the block and fixes it there. The 2nd part will bolt to the adapter and that way it can be serviced without removing the entire unit damaging it. As of right now , I have measured across 4 blocks and 3 of them came back @ 67.5mm and 1 @ 67.6mm.
The oem breather cap has an opposite taper in it , i.e. it gets smaller in diameter from 67.5mm to 67mm the closer it gets to the mating face.

What is everyone's thoughts on this?

Recenetly finished up the Crankcase breather unit for the TDI's


Also revised the assembly to be a little cheaper to machine. Will get this going shortly as well. Need to finalize a quote for laser cutting the baffles from SS.
