Yes this is still going on.
So long as you are using the 2.2T Gas accessories then yes. We are no longer doing Damper's in Diesel diameter.

Will the diamond washer will be needed to assemble the stuff?

I will be suopplying the EKGrip shims that come standard on the newer motors as a measure but considering the timing belt sprocket is one with the fluidampr , you will not be needing anymore washers.

Please read the first post. The price is an estimate but not exact.

At least another 6 months. That is the usual process to design , develop , prototype , test etc.
