                Hi Issam

since i have just recently rebuilt and balanced my engine with the stock fuildampr, would it be ideal to completely rebalance again with this fluidampr?
Especially since im now revving up to 8000rpm and potentially higher in the future??

Also how much weight difference would there be compared to a stock ABY one?
                Current:
                1993 Audi S2 Kingfisher Blue - GTX3582r w/ E85 = 430kw atw

                Past:
                2002 Audi S4 Nogaro Blue Stage 3+ - 250kw+ atw
                2001 Audi S3 Silver - 169kw+ atw

                      Right
to answer your question No. Assuming you zero balanced everything (not that it matters in this particular case) you will be more than fine.

Are the stock harmonic balancers zero balanced when new?

I still believe Audi balances the rotating assembly as a whole. Hence why you can't do a timing belt job without removing the damper. That is just the nature of old school I5's
