I have all new copper nuts for basically everything.
The old ABY manifold had enough space to get a ring spanner to loosen the nuts on the bottom and top of the manifold, with the new cast manifold Wagner Evo K24 it has much less space will an open ended spanner get the nut tight enough. How did you guys do it.

Well the manifold complete with turbo is mounted but there is a problem.
Two nuts in the middle underside of the manifold are impossible to get an open ended spanner on them. Bottom stud 4 and 5 counting left to right.
Think a new 12mm spanner is required with lots ground off to make it fit.

Is this a Wagner or original RS2 manifold ?

I think I used a 1/4” socket set and a short ring ..
The Wagner is a lot easier than the RS2!

As it is now it is not possible to get a socket or a ring spanner on the 2 studs on the underside of the Wagner. The rest I will manage with a ring or open ended 12mm spanner.
Will try to get a photo.
Looks like a special open ended home made spanner will be the only way I may stand a chance, will buy one and mod it over the weekend.
Am I the only one with this problem. This manifold is a real pain.
I did make seven studs shorter but its quite possible they may be able to be made even shorter.
