Hey Tom, i've got the same rust issues as you mate, good to see you're doing the repairs not junking the car
I'm stripping the whole car back to replace all the old factory underseal - big, nasty job but the worst is done now, need to get welding when i get the time

Hi Tom,
I removed all the underseal with wire brushes on angle grinder and drill
Its a bitch of a job took me in total about 7-8 days work to get it back to bare metal all over.
Now I need to do a lot of welding - going to cut out the rust and weld in new sheet, then I want to stich weld the chassis while its bare to strengthen it, as IMHO the coupe chassis is very weak - hopefully it will be worth the effortPanthero Coupé quattro 20vt
