The gain is minimal 100 rpm +/- more to gain at cams setup, petrol, custom remap, IC + housing ect.

Does it matter how much boost is there at 3500 or 4000 rpm ?

IMO what relay is important it how much HP/Nm this turbo can generate in our engines. Max boost is 1.5-1.6 bar now.

I would like to see out of curiosity.

Sorry I mean't the actual OD of the compressor cover inlet to attach the MAF or air filter onto. The compressor is wheel is larger than the KX500 26/27 I have as it's measurements are:

Inducer 54.80 mm
Exducer 76.00 mm

I have full boost by 3,500 rpm and runs 31 psi to reach 430-450 bhp. I've tried to get a billet wheel for it without much luck. Perhaps it could be tweaked with the wheel you use?
