Cranshaft pulley...
The tooth profile doesn't look right to me...as compared to the camshaft pulley?
Are you changing to a different non VAG profile belt.
The 'woodruf' slot is also very thin...have you got a custom crank?

The department "short sport replica" has been busy lately
I've spend a full 3 weeks in the shop working on the car. The welding stage is nearing its completion, and the body will be shipped of to the blasters for a nice treatment and some freah epoxy skin on it.
I've also updated the site with the last progress.
Unveiling at BMW Netherlands The HPninet has been unveiled by BMW on the bikeshow in Rosmalen. after a small introduction talk the cover was pulled on the bike. It remained 3 days on the show.

Great news that all the parts fit perfectly!
Its going to be mental with the GT42R turbo. Are you aiming to hit 800bhp on normal road fuel?Leave a comment:

There is not really an aim in power. However there is a goal in quarter mile time: 9 seconds. I think power with the drysump system, modified head, 9K RPM , GT42R and all the other uprated bits could be around 800 ish? This car gets the full treatment, nothing is stepped over.....
