    Crank and girdle installed, the girdle has silicon flange sealant between it and the block pan rail.

          Very nice Mark Am i right in thinking that the lightened crank and Gurdle are there because the motor will be high reving.
          Nice mod on the water port also

                  Just trying to build a robust bottom end, would have been better if I had stepped up in wrist pin size like I said earlier, but having said that I know of a few powerful motors that have used the 20mm pin ok.

                        NICE!! I've been searching for some rebuild pics... that's one mean engine. I wish I had some pics of mine! Keep 'em coming Is this enigne complete now? How are you running in the engine?

                          10mm spacer was used between oil pump and pick up pipe (girdle is 10mm thick). I used a 7A pick up pipe with two paper gaskets (ABY/ADU pick up uses an O ring).
