Today i got some flywheel bolts from the Audi dealer. Quick home to the garage to start install the engine. Mounted my reinforced Sachs clutch kit and new throw out bearing.
Intake and all other stuff that was "in the way" was removed. Installation was a little tricky but went well, maybe 20min.

Bolt for flywheel, 1st 30Nm 2nd 90 degres according to manual:

Bolts for pressure plate 25Nm according to manual:

    Engine installed:

Can somebody please tell me if this bolt/nut is for tensioning the AC belt? If i use this bolt to tension the belt it will apply pressure to the engine block to tension the belt/bracket, maybe it's right? I can't find anywhere..

Tomorrow i will order/pickup stainless hose clamps as i didn't have for all coolant water hoses and pressure hoses. Then i will continue to assemble the engine.

Today i thought it was the big moment when i was going to install the engine in the car. Up early and to the garage only to find out that i didn't find the bolts to the flywheel...
I have papers that i bought new ones but can't remember if i got them or not, anyway i can't find them. So that was a huge dissapointment today. I have order new ones today but i will have to wait a couple of days before they arrive. I managed to mount my turbo today, thought it was easier with the engine out of the car.

Workday! Today i Sourted out most of the crank case ventilation. Painted pipes and washed original hoses, fitted with stainless clamps of different kindes. Lots of cleaning but well worth it. Always takes time to sort out. Changed the steering rack dust cover that was broken. Lots of other small things mounted to the engine. Its really starts to feel like its going the right way now! Some more parts will be sendt to galvanizing, like pressure transducer and some more bolts i found. The fuelrail and injectors needs some fresh paint and cleaning aswell, maybe have time to paint tomorrow..
Turbo arriving hopfully tomorrow or Monday. Maybe next week or next weekend the engine will find home to the car again =) Also put an order on the little extra watercooler, Audi original one

Some pictures of the engine after todays work:

Close up on the small stainless clamps:
