Noel, A group effort is an excellent idea to help things along. I should be able to make it no problem to help out again. Refitting the bits I removed shouldn't be a problem, I did take pics as I went did they not turn out so well?

Either way, I know what you mean, it's easier to recall what you removed rather than trying to use photos as a reference for parts you didn't touch.

haha. I'm only joking mate. your labels have proper technical terms on them, unlike mine. Think some of the photos are OK and a couple are a bit blurry. Regardless of labels I was hoping you'd be able to join me in my epic engine swap. With enough learned minds what could possibly go wrong?

evening folks. No exciting photos just now, i'll upload a few tomorrow. Just an update. I've got pretty much all the wiring and pipes labelled and disconnected leaving the engine pretty free. Steering arms are on the new car and connected so I can at least steer it and move it a bit.
All is looking good in a sad, taking an S2 apart kind of way.
