Two week age we started with the build of the car for the 2012 season, and last week the tubular wishbones from the US arrived

First step of the project is replacing al engine, gearbox and differntial mounths with aluminium mounths and the subframe bushes for aluminium bushes (with thanks to EsRij tuning)

How do you plan to finish the wish bones?

Very enjoyable read and some good driving in the videos. Car is neat... very impressed.

With regard to waste gate . I tee'ed off the boost and went through a pressure regulator to the top of the waste gate. By adjusting the pressure above the diaphragm one can adjust the level of boost without having to change the spring.

                            Hello Rryss,

Thanks for you nice comment. For us it is not only important that the laptimes are good, but it is also important that our team gives a proffesional impression to the spectators and our sponsers. So it is very imporant our racecar looks neat and tidy.

With regard to the wastgate the frequency valve is for now the main problem. With the DTA stand alone computer it is hard to find the righ frequency. We have found a frequency valve for which the frequency to use with the DTA computer is known, so I hope this will be te solution.

OK, did not realize you were using the frequency valve. Still its an option to simply control of the waste gate. I am using a manual set up but you can also use an electronic boost controller to regulate the pressure on top of the diaphragm.

But I am sure you know what you are doing. Again ... Well done.
