Reason for the spacer. With the RS2 inlet manifold the air tube ends up 20mm too short to mate with the TB hose.Attached Files

Looks excellent john, I like the violet detailing are you going for samco's when they arrive too?
where did you get your polishing done? I have a couple of bits i still want to get done.

Samcos will be black though as I think their purple would be a bit too much. There's a few bits of Samco blue for the WGFV etc.
Polishing was done by a local guy Pete uses, I'll try and get the number.Last edited by newsh; 25 July 2004, 09:51.

Nice bling though - I do like some anodised fitting and the polished stuff must have taken ages. Probably more practical (easier to clean) than the factory finish...Paul Nugent

instead of the runners all meeting at pretty much the same place at the entry to the turbo the runners for cylinders 1+5 on the stock manifold meet higher up practically at the wastegate, which isnt good for a tuned car, think they get a lot hotter than the other 3.
