yes its extrange. yesterday i though that i had not enough fuel in the tank or something ,but today i put 5 liters of 95Ron and nothing...

it could be battery, but not as its seems to crank well and i started the engine 3 times of 12 tries.

first start it died alone, second it died alone after i reved it and the third...the same..

Maf connector in plugged and injectors or hall sensor plugged also...

Vasilis was right on the money with "that engine bay needs tidying up".
Was the same as I said.

Since that was not done the first time, it had to be re-done. This time with fixing the wiring that got molten because it was too close to the turbo hotside as well

Well, that was fixed some time ago as I understand.

Tomas, I am still waiting for those pics you promised me a month ago? or more?

                        Yes ,IVe forgotten it

But aniway, the paint does not look very nice with the key damage...

Also I have another thing to repair , the bolts that connects turbo with manifold are divided in 2 because it seems that the turbo and manifold were not fitted property or the surfaces were not perfectly machined to 0 ....and caused by this the engine was smoking a little in this exhaust leak.

I have bought better quality bolts and we are machining to 0 both sides for a perfect fitment

What to do with the catch tank oil?

                        A- to the waste
B- return it to the sump....

You know,it uses lots of oil with one hour of hard driving...is it normal?

I don't remember anymore. But 0.5L is a lot, try to drain the catch tank and measure the actual amount, not just saying "about 0.5L"
Usually if there are blowby problems, it is bad sealing by the rings or the valves...

Or also, the PCV valve at the manifold could be not working properly, but IIRC you don't have that one installed, and PCV was done separately.
