Suppose I should post something up James. Looks good and will get rest of bits to you once machining is finished or as per discussion at BTCC.

There will be a limited initial batch once R&D is complete, having worked at World level Motorsport I know that until its right you dont release as final spec.... Also I'm working to small budgets than teams I've worked for on R&D!

Steering kit will accomodate M12 rod ends with M12-M10 misalignment spacers, these spacers will be readily available from other suppliers to help keep costs down and ease replacements if you need them and I dont have them! Any questions about kit just contact Chef. I'm not advertising these as such on the forum, it will be a limited initial run with scope to then expand as a stocked item.

    regards,

    Jay

I thought you had the 200 style Audi Sport rack though mate? :
Had to sell it, real shame i could not get the LHD rack to work RHD i even welded the chasiss bracket in.

So i went to the 034 motorsports one that as always SpeedingG60 hooked me up with, works nice, alittle stiff but its new. Less than 2.1 turns lock to lock.

Dunno hard to say, i could not comment fairly. I can say that when i strap my car into the trailer i could see with the OEM metal bracket twisting when tightening the ratchet straps up

So working to reduce some wobble in the steering and DM developments (puglife) designed this little hero.

Machine work is by Wagner tuning and it's faultless.

Feels so so so much nicer

Looks good for the tubular design however maybe use a bigger diameter of tubing due lack space for building in deep using gussets/lattic structure...

Also very much track orientated with the solid mounting

Original Audi sport items with O rings and rings to stop them colapsing.

Thanks for the kind words. The whole set up could be for sale I will change over to the tube frame end of September I hope.

    Hi Chef,

Can you do me up a duplicate of this set up in the photo as I want to use it as a piece of art / sculpture in my house, so that I can see it everyday, i.e. in the morning, in the evening, and last thing at night.

The expression regarding the whole car - "Nice work mate" - doesn't really cover it.

Thanks for sharing the build photos.

    Enjoy every drive.
