It does not give more noise. This box does not have the straight cut gears. It uses the original gears. It just has dog's instead of syncros.

I would say it is much, much stronger.

The strength is not the key - it's the speed of shifting, you don't need to use the clutch.

As said the big advantage is faster shifting. You can up-shift without using the clutch. You only have to lift the throttle and it will slide in the next gear. You can also use the shift-cut function on aftermarket ECU's so you don't have to lift the throttle.

I didn't have time yet do do good measurements but i made a movie. It was the first time i gave full throttle so its not perfect. The shift-light was not set right and it had a boost cut from 3 to 4 gear. Also shifting was nog very fast. I think around 100-200 in 6.1 sec is possible.

I had the avant weighted yesterday and its now 1360Kg. This is with the original rear and front seats still in the car and 30l fuel.
