I'm using same chinese copy bov with original spring. It works well if i play with throttle under the hood, then i can see that it still opens. If the spring is too soft then your motor will suck in unfiltered air. Original Tial bov have also very strong springs.
Edit: I got about 0.35-0.4 bar absolute pressure on idle, so 9 psi would be to soft for my engine. I need 11psi spring. Bov spring should be so stiff that on idle it would close the bov.
        Keep up the good work.

There is more springs for tial bov:
          Pink Spring -12 Psi (-24 in/Hg )
          Un-painted -11 Psi (-22 in/Hg )
          White -9 Psi (-18 in/Hg )
          Black -7 Psi (-14 in/Hg )
          Red -3 Psi
and original I got Un-painted so it was to strong for my car
