i have a spare real spoiler, i will try to paint it in the body color, but i wonder if the paint would not crack on that foamy material?

Ask a specialist. The spoiler on my B2 saloon is foamy as well but is factory painted and there are no problems. I can even press in the paint with my fingers and it stays fine.

Dash panel

Did you change your dash panel to newer style? I have an 83 model and has this old style dash so i was wondering. Or maybe since my car is US model that they did not get new dash even in 83??

you'll need a special paint that will stay flexible. rather expensive stuff, but the amount for the spoiler is not so large. ask a good painter, he should know
