        yes, I am also in this forum. Why are you mentioning it?
        I don't think that much people know KRKTE for his M2.3.2 ECU.

          On that forum i found old info that i learned long time ago

          xx = 16Bit Checksum of the complete binary file
          yy = binary complement of xx => FFFF - xx

          zz is an internal Bosch build number of the file

          Here different examples for the last 6 Bytes (xx yy zz):

          Audi S2 - ABY - M2.3.2
          895907551A - 0261203145 - 1267357519
          ...F9 D9 06 26 A1 47 => FFFF - F9D9 = 0626

          Audi S6 - AAN - M2.3.2
          4A0907551C - 0261203601 - 1267358644
          ...0A 96 F5 69 A2 45 => FFFF - 0A96 = F569

          Audi RS2 - ADU - M2.3.2
          8A0907551C - 0261203543 - 1267358647
          ...AA 37 55 C8 A2 53 => FFFF - AA37 = 55C8

          Am i to afraid or you have to be born for something like this?

              Excuse me if I misunderstand ! I thought Krkte could be obtained with a formula,

              Which is why I posted the link.

              Good luck with your work !

                Yes, KRKTE can be obtained by formula, but I need to know where I can correct it in ECU bin file. Basically it is injector constant.
                KRKTE is a constant which converts the required fuel mass to be injected into a duration in milliseconds which the fuel injectors are to be switched on for injector pulse witdh. This value is calibrated for the stock fuel injectors and fuel pump so if uprated injectors are fitted, it will need to be recalibrated.

                easiest way is to calibrate fuel map, but it is not the right way. mostly fueling will be wrong. I want to do it in right way like PRJ.

                  For all you guys still working hard at this i stumbled across a really cool site with aolt of great motronic information.
                  http://trionic.mobixs.eu/

                  Take a look at this PDF for Motronic 4.3, they give tons of info about the inner workings of this version including some good examples of how to use programs like idapro to find certain functions in the ECU. I feel motronic is motronic no matter what its running so you could get an idea of how to go about digging deeper into our ECU's.

                        Maybe better not playing with Motronic.

                            was out hammering on it and it spun a rod bearing. just ordered ACL calico coated rod and main bearings, wagner sport quattro manifold, precision billet 6265 turbo, ARP head stud kit, autoverdi rod's, ARP main bolts, head is out being CNC ported, radial valve job, 034 metal headgasket for now. im trying to decide weather to go with high rev valve springs and all the titanium goodies in the valve train or to just go solid lifter and shoot for 10,000 RPM plus what cams i want to run. bought VEMS for my car now too now anyhow, i think the lack of being able to tune the motronic is part of why it blew up because the bearings show detonation. well its time to make some real power as im shooting for 700 wheel. cant wait to see the next fool who makes fun on this 4000 quattro.

                              Can anyone identify the MAP sensor in this photo?

                              http://gm.mainframe.no/pics/mapsensor.jpg

                              Is it simply a Freescale 6300 or 6400?

                                Certainly doesn't look like the Freescale MAP sensor that EFI Express offers:
