Guys, i am working on manufacturing a very similar Crank pulley as the dahlback one.
I am aiming to keep the cost affordable, but at the same time it will be made from EN19T steel and will have the keyway as a one piece item (integrated)
The tooling costs are high but if i do bigger quantities the price can go down.
Will keep you posted once the pulleys are made.

I had some made to take the wider 25mm belt but it will mean no cam covers, obviously the water pump pulley also needs to be wider.
you can see in the trhead above a few pictures down in the post

i tought i was the only one with this problem lol,
on the 4x S4 20V i have, i have done 3 timing belt on them and ALL the cog gears are broken(and i do not use air tool so no vibration)

here on my 93 S4 198000 kms, stock

on the 92 S4 20V MRC with ADU engine

            on the 94 S4 20V automatic 276000 kms stock

i guess i'll have the same "surprise" when i'll do the timing belt on the 93 S4 20V avant..

however i'm not ready to spend 200 euros for a reinforced one on ebay so i spent 45 euros for a new one from Audi

chef sells billet version on here, around the £100 delivered.

Fitted one on my 7A, I don't think I will have a problem now, even though the old one was fine.

There again I suspect it has only had 3 timing belts in its life of 190,000 miles!
