Hi,
I have equal problems with 4 cyl engine, in VW Polo G40 too with VEMS unit.
Have you Scope?
If yes measure PWM in first injector and secound... to five.
I suspect you have bad configuration in Injector division by X injectors...
See it please

this is the current motor but in the future the motor may change beacuse we think to have high horse power. most probably if the car works without problem it will surely be broken down in the future and than the motor may be aby or adu again. thank you for your opinion but this car is still a rs2Leave a comment:

The sound seems valves leaking in intake. But it is not relevant in a video recording.Could be just the misfire(timing, fuel etc).Who maped it?Leave a comment:

first time i see rs2 with an old 3b engine... IMO its not rs2 anymore its just an 80 avant... but good luck with your problems.

the original engine of the car was rubbish. i preffered this motor because it was the only choice herewhy do you say "RS2" and then say the engine is a 3B and not an ADU?
You have a serious miss on at least 2 cylinders. Could be plugs, coil packs, injectors, who knows.
Can't help you too much because of VEMS.
I know at the end it wouldn't start. With Motronic it would be because the Motronic wants > 13 RPM before it will trigger the fuel pump relay (which powers more than just the fuel pump). J17 Fuel pump relay info: http://forums.quattroworld.com/s4s6/msgs/22583.phtml Not sure if your VEMS is set up the same way.
if i try to start the car with matronic would it help me to solve the problem? there is no problem on fuel pressure or on ignition. does cranc sensor or camshaft positon causes this problem?
