Boost stops at 1.4bar - N75?

After having loads if fun this aft with mine boosting nice thanks to VRS another jubilee clip snapped tonight on the throttle body😣 fun and games

Hope you won't kill me for my stupidity. I have to floor the throttle in the floor very very hard for it to boost to 0.8 bar. On throttle body side the cable looks ok, but I will try to adjust it.

Adjusted the throttle, but still tops out at 0.8 bar. Will try to make up a boost tester and do a boost test again.

But in general car feels so much better. Fuel consumption is better, and car shifts like hell.

What gear is it best to test max boost? I've been doing it 4th @WOT.

3rd/4th gear from about 1500 rpm & floor it. Sounds like you're getting there though

I haven't no. But car is running like a dream now, even with about 0.2bar missing. I will tighten the waste gate you suggested yesterday.

And do the check where you run it with the N75 disconnected so you get an idea of how much boost control the ECU is actually doing.

Just did a 50-100mph in 4th gear, and I got 0,8 bar. But when I was going to work I just floored it in 3rd and got 1 bar. Is that normal, or still something ain't right?

I'll try making a boost test thing this weekend and do that again

The best you should be getting is 2.1 - 2.2 somethings amiss mate.

Closer but still not normal, even for a stock AAN ECU. You should be able to get about 17.2 psig (just less than 1.2 Bar) max.
