Well, never mind, check engine is still on. Is it possible that it doesn't run properly because it's just not properly set up?

You have the idle set correctly now by the sounds of thinks but I still think your not range settings are off slightly. You need to get a friend to sit and watch the timings while crusing at steady speeds on petrol and compare with gas times.

OK, I will try and get ms for petrol and gas @ 60,70,80mph

Managed just under 200 miles on full tank, so I am not a happy bunny. I will have my girlfriend record petrol/gas ms @ 60, 70, 80 mph in 4th, 5th and 6th gear, and then we can try and get it sorted.

How many liters is that? It can be a little inconsistent sometimes as the tank shutoff valve can shut down early depending on how level the car is while filling.

I did 197 miles on 47 liters, which works out as 19 mpg. I'm expecting something in the region of 24mpg. I did 150 mile drive and got a similar mpg last week.

That's 30% higher consumption in comparison to unleaded, which I think is too much. I get 27mpg on unleaded with about 3/4 of tank on motorway and 1/4 around town.

I have never got over 25mpg on petrol. But maybe it will improve once all the settings are dialed in.

Mine is only stage 1 mapped. I am going for a drive tomorrow night, so 4th 5th 6th gear at 60 70 80mph should do?

Yep need to get the higher ms times trimmed in too.

Even stock 25mpg seems good.

OK I'll get that done tomorrow. On unleaded it runs much smoother, still trying to find out what is causing sluggishness

Went out to take measurement and took petrol on petrol but didn't record petrol on gas, instead got petrol and gas
