on mine intake manifold you can not deattatch the plate. also sold mine to K.alle on here, he hasnt just picked it up yet.

shops that are capable to make flanges and stainless steel applications,could be able to work something out. I did a little search and i have sent an email to a shop.Ill keep you posted of the responceComment

I'll show you pics ...My IM is reversed ABY one and the plate will be with 230mm height, 40mm wide and 2 or 3mm profile

I get the odd job at work which involves routing aluminium "3mm sign grade", normally powder coated.
I use Artcam to create the tool paths for all sorts af signs. Do 2D stuff like this all the time but in wood, corian and dibond and some 3D stuff.
We use two CNC table routers, 1m x1m and 2m x 2.5m, with vacuum beds and clamping.
I don't like cutting aluminium but can do it. I needs care and lubrication. Happy to give it a try if someone can give me a good image to work from and some dimensions.
How would you fix them on?
How about S2 forum Corian coasters.
