Problems installing Wagner short intake, need help(+)

    I'm pretty sure it's genuine... and I'm pretty sure I'll get it working. it's just a major hassle.
    you see the rad pipe I've created, also the old wagner one which had rubbed through in 2 places...
    I bought used, not new...

    Edit... the brake servo conversion and electric power steering was much easier than this...

      Hmm, I have no aux rad and no AC so plenty of room.
      Can’t even see the ISV branch from the TB hose on yours..

        exactly. the ISV branch hose is way underneath the rad hose... I'm going to relocate the ISV.... just using some silicon hoses I have spare...

        edit: custom one-off water hose 150 quid from Roose...

          lovely hoses received from the great blokes at Roose.. ISV has been relocated to the area where the PS pump used to be. so much neater then alongside the IM and doesn't use the bad fitting stuff provided by Wagner... will post a pic once completed....

              all fitted and running....... it's not very pretty, and the throttle cable looks awful, but I can fettle the looks later.....

                    Very busy John....

                    Now I have the delights of re-fitting the slam panel (the bottom of which fouls on the new Wagner crossmember... elongating the fitting holes as they don't line up, due to the crossmember moving the aux rad 4mm left...

                    Trimming the plastic trim under the bonnet to avoid the throttle cam catching...

                    trimming inside bumper to get clearance for the IC.....

                    started the car at least... so I'm on the right track

                    Must try and do something with the throttle cable. Can"t live with it crossing the IM like that......

                      Couple of P-clip style affairs along the RH side of the manifold to clamp it in place?
