So... Would a standard RS4 RARB be a nice upgrade? And would it be cheaper? Hold on I will find out...

Well some good news, assuming it fits... £CHEAP! Not telling how much tho However the standard RS4 is 15mm and to get a price for the 17mm one they need to email Germany! I am on it tho...
LOL - I have *just* posted a separate thread on this one... I was shocked how cheap the 15mm RS4 bar looked but my prices are old. As soon as word gets out these are cheapo then Audi will hike the prices. Getting my spoke in NOW

Where else would you get it

Seriously though - I was juggling the day job here as well - someone else should check this out for typos and stuff. In summary B4 and B5 quattro rear is pretty much identical. Some bushes change thru the years but I am 99% that is for different materials - not different fitment.

Early B4 had forged upper wishbones... then went to sided pressed ones.
All B5 except RS4 had pressed upper wishbones.

The B4 boys (including S2 Avant/Sedan, the RS2 and all other 80 quattros on an '8C' chassis) should be able to make use of any uprated bushes for the B5 quattro. Hopefully Powerflex can provide a complete offering. I don't have a good pic of the front mount on the rear diff - I assume the bush and bracket are one part from Audi.

PDF attached for lots of piccies and part numbers. Need a lie down now after checking 80Q - RS2 - A4Q - RS4 a few times.

No worries Paul, take your time... The more accurate the info we can give the better.

Taking longer than I'd like - but there is a couple of variants I want to capture accurately here.

The lower bush has two part numbers that changed from R designated chassis, curious as to the difference.

Upper a-arm has two different part numbers for cast and pressed steel versions. Note they already make the pressed steel versions.
Ahh excellent, I will amend the list for cast. Im sure mine are cast... Anyone got photos of each?
