Been looking at front shocks, and I assume there is no point getting B8 if she's not/won't be lowered more than 30mm?

Rang Audi this morning for item 27 top nut for which 6 are needed, 3 each side, and they want £3.84 each Does anyone have a source for these at a much better price?

I bought FEBI kit that came with strut top bearing, mount, and all the nuts. I know you go for Audi OEM stuff but I'll just leave this here.

Most things i buy Audi but not all where genuine OE quality is available or better. I got a lot of inspiration and info from Wraths thread as well as snippets here and there on other threads as far as what works and doesn't in aftermarket suppliers. Will be interesting to know how your Febi front top mounts last over time. I'm going for Lemforder top mounts and bearing.

Fair enough. I've had FEBI on all my C4's and had no problem at all. Just for reference, where did you buy lemforder from? I am having problem finding anything lemforder

Your right of course and they were bookmarked in my old computer.I also have a paper Bentley manual but it's quicker to copy/print from those links you put up.
