New S2 Avant Nothelle N300 owner

Oh wow, brilliant to add to the history. At the NEC the original owner of my Alpina B3 GT3 came and said hello and sent me loads of pictures from his original collection day later.

I was going through the service history for the Nothelle and found a few invoices from a chap living in Teddington, South London. Found his number and we had a long chat. He sold the car in 2005. He sent me a few pics. Lovely chap, Audi enthusiast and past forum member. From the records, looked like he owned the car for about 6 years.






I will be updating this thread again soon as she is due a timing belt change.

Lol…. I suspect that’s the case for most components these days.

Incidentally, we do need to see some more of the N300 ‘out and about’…. It’s an understated but awesome car.

Haven't done much with the Nothelle this year as I've been busy with the RS2 project. However, amazingly it's due a timing belt. I ordered one from Autodoc and it arrived today. Luckily I checked the box before opening.
The seller by date is up!
It's been in stock for 5 years!

I had to move the old girl out of the barn whilst doing some cleaning in there. Parked up just noticed how good she looked in the setting sun.

Yes, just.
She had a good test yesterday, driving some 240 miles to vorsprung International. Boosting nicely and feels good. I doubt if I will ever notice the small increase in BHP that the bigger intercooler should give.
