Well, I have driven a few miles with the Milltek and there is some annoying drone at certain revs.
I think it might be my de cat pipes.
Anyway, I happen to come by a good set of RS2 cats (as you do)..

A quick clean up before fitting.

And just about to fit and this happened. Why always on a Bank holiday weekend!

    Innuendo Corner.

I’ve just popped out with the tape measure and mine is exactly 2 inches at the top.….

Just measured mine. Now 2” proud of bumper. Before adjustment it would have been 4”!

I will be listening my old exhaust for sale if anyone is interested. It’s in very good rust free condition.

    Hmmm, interesting. Our 3” Miltek.

I didn't need the ratchet strap. I had to cut the bolts off the joint clips at the front. A quick spray of wd40 and it moved forward in the joints another 2 inch. Perfect fit now. It must have hung out a lot on it's previous car

They tend to hit the rear valence when hot! Stainless expands a lot.
I used a ratchet strap to pull the centre joint together, get some tension on it then bang it with a rubber mallet.

Milltek fitted. I need to order two new hangers before I can take her for a spin.
