Painter phoned today and I was expecting him to say it's not finished. But he said it just needs washed and it is looking amazing! He has high standards so I'm confident it will be a good job. Didn't have time to go for it today, but I'll be there at the crack of dawn tomorrow

To say i'm chuffed is an understatement. I always worry when my car is in the care of anybody, but on this occasion i can say they have done an amazing job, to my eyes anyway.
Here's what was done:
New genuine audi wings fitted (treated and painted inside so they don't rust as quick)
All 4 doors lower rust sorted
Dent near mirror on drivers side sorted
Bonnet stripped back to bare metal and painted
Rear bumper scrape sorted
Roof touched up where needed
Passenger side trim under headlight bracket repaired as before it was pushed in
Rust on passenger side rear wheel arch sorted
Mirrors painted
I guess the biggest compliment i can give him is i struggle to tell what has actually been painted! He said basically the whole passenger side is done including rear quarter.
To finish off i had the following fitted:
New Audi/hella fog lights
New Magneti Marelli indicators
New Hella smoked wing side repeaters (much nicer than the ebay specials before)
The only problem when i went to collect was they forgot to fit the new side repeaters as you can still see them in the first few photos. Got them on and dropped the car off to get MOTd.
Those with a keen eye will see my next job though

I'm rather jealous to say the least,but very happy for you at the same time Mike.She looks stunning and i can't wait to see her at some point this year!
