S2 avant, emerald green.

Was going to put this in the "Project" thread but I think the car's better than a project!!....although it has a few niggles.

First up was this;-



Which was actually down to this;-



New(used) hose now fitted, thanks Tristan(a previous keeper of K15 RNA)



And MFTS replaced.



Flushed the cooling system as best as I could and filled with some Comma(G12 equivalent) antifreeze, 50%.


Next on the list is the PS pump leaking. Looks to be coming from that plastic bung on the top of the pump, the leak is pretty constant. But that's for another day, topped up with some green stuff for the time being.

Bodywork wise it's needing some TLC(probably a couple of wings?) But in the meantime I've de-swirled and wax'd the passenger side!



Stuck another battery in it too as the old one was not so good.

Hopefully get a few other things sorted soon and get it on the road for the start of November.

Poorboys de-swirl stuff(?), then some wax. Looking better for it but hard work.

Think it might need some professional help........in the form of someone with orbital type mop? We'll see?!
