It definetly worth replacing those brake hoses, brakes were transformed on my car when i did them, not surprising when you saw what the old pipes were like!Greg

Gonna look into getting some goodridge hoses from Vagparts for front and rear of the car on mine, used them before and they've been brilliant. Just trying to decide about a rear brake upgrade or not....Comment

new engine mount....one of the many replacement rubber mounts to hopefully rid the car of its thunking and banging about, especially when lifting off the throttle. These in combination with a new SQ snub, gearbox mounts, rear diff mounts and new prop centre mount, should feel like new

new oil temp sender....the one i changed about 3yrs ago is already weeping grrrr The smaller low pressure sender is also being replaced to stop the oil waterfall effect down the side of the block and sump, only to be blown the length of the car

new adhesive cork gaskets for either the driveshaft to diff flanges (should I manage to budge the current ones) or for the prop to diff can't remember
