Sorry to hear this Andy, at least you know it wasnt likely to have been the workmanship in carrying out the build. Was the inlet manifold new for the manufacturer?

Glad to see your sticking with it andy, if you need any help with anything give me a shout, get the engine in as soon as possible. If you need a hand putting it back in let me know only this time i'll be wearing steel toe caps after the incident fitting ross's engine.

The particles appear to have come from the inlet manifold or intercooler.

Both had been on the car for a while, so nothing to do with Wagner.

I don't think anyone is blaming Wagner for this, it's pretty clear that there was sand in the intercooler or the manifold.
