Where are you getting the gtx2867r from. Approximately how much. It will surge much less than the 71r so more boost at lower rpm is possible. What diamiter is the compressor inlet with the ani surge.

I ordered from ATP turbo. Very impressed so far, very helpful and I have a FedEX tracking number after the order was shipped same day. I ordered the turbo and then some gaskets and fixings etc along with the housing. Turbo is about 1200 dollars and housing about 300 dollars. 1550 all in plus 135 shipping.

I would rather do this than dealing with people who have no idea about the smaller GTX series and cannot say when its available. I usually like to deal local but had no luck.

The website it pretty good and offers loads of housings and various things off the shelf.

Inlet is a 3" I think.

What makes you think it will surge less than 71R? The map is broader so I guess this suggests that?

It used to be called 25/40 iirc
Pekkas and aromatic2 both had around 400-450 search their posts

its a GTX turbo Jamo, not the GT.

Gt and gtx makes no real difference gtx is billet you'll find the turbo will perform the same with extended bhp range due to garretts design of the gtx range
Do not dismiss the gt results

If you look at the compressor and turbine sizes whilst taking into account trim too, its more like a GT2871R plus a bit.

If that is the case then it may surge more than the 2871 as the billet wheel being lighter will work faster
