Hmm, bit of practice first, I dont really like welding thin stuff, I am a bit agricultural.

Front 3/4 of the arch is primed and sealed

I am going to need a new rear bumper (in emerald green LZ6U if anybody has one?)

Also missing the bumper mount, part number 10.

And still just filling and sanding

More good work dude. Iv got some rust on the rear O/S arch and sill but iv got an interesting plan for it that ill stick in my build thread when i do it. Iv also got a big surface rust patch on the door that needs rubbed down and sprayed. Ill probably just prime, sand, spray and wet sand a few times to get it blended and sealled good. I was up a knockhill today getting a mates car weighed in for the SLS race series. You should check it out, its like time attack but for pretty normal cars and its classed with power/weight so cars are fairly matched on the straight bits.

I had to replace both of those plastic bumper mounts on mine, they were about £4 each IIRC

PM sent, that would be great as I will be working 6 days a week.

Should make lining the bumper up a bit easier, I have only ever had broken bits of that bracket

Starting to smooth out a bit now and get some of the right shape.

Also chucked on an S6 wheel to check it cleared the arch before I got too carried away.

Coat of primer so I can see

Better than I thought it would be, still a lot of pinholes and slight depressions appear that were not visible. (Ignore the bit where the bumper meets, I need the bumper/bracket it finish it).

Much easier to actually see the panel shape though.
