I was eyballing that one, it goes into a fitting in a large coolant hose. Just wondered if there is one for ecu etc as I am not overly clued up on dag dags.
Drilled and tapped the turbo hotside, stud is m10x1.5 so progressively drilled up to a 8.5mm hole. I don't have a pillar drill so vice and hand drill, snapped one small drill bit which was a PITA to get out, ended up drilling 3 tiny holes around the snapped bit, and was then able to remove it with tweezers and continue.
Tapped
Then opened the top of the hole to 10.5mm for the 1mm shoulder on the stud
And installed
What is the installation procedure for the stud?
I bought a C spanner to help with turbo removal, is there any other special tools needed?
