Haha, that would have been "fresh". Inside was a air filter... for the passengers... hope that anyone or anything hasn't been dead and rotten close to this.

Couldn't fit my old brather oil separator anymore, there was not enough of room left for it. Had to do a new one... I did only have 1mm stainless sheet atm, so it became quite ugly. Quite a pita to weld... it burns holes easily and warps out of form. When painted in black it maybe isn't so bad.
Edit. Forgot to mention that the engine breaths only from the block now(stock position), no breathing outlets in the head anymore. Did fit the 7A valvecover. The oil separator drains the oil back to the sump.
Edit 2. Added a fasting bracket and painted it.

Finally today everything is ready. Did take it out for a drive. Hmm, really can't say if it's better or worse... Maybe throttle response is little bit laggier than before. This can be due to the big plenum. It defenitely don't go lean on upper end. Of course now is 20C warmer than back then I saw 0.85 lambda at WOT, little lean. Today I could see 0.79, little on the rich side. Maybe the flow is worser than with stock IM..? Really don't know.
Maybe I neet to cut it open and make the plenum smaller, could be quite easily done from the underside. If I do it, then I will make the slits bigger between the plenums.

The lambda is maybe because E85 mix is changing? Have you been adding fuel?

Filled it up today. But the full canns have been in the garage for a while. Had the same mix in the tank.
0.85 lambda was in -17-20C temp, today is +4C(fuel something like +18C). Temp should effect the AFR when there isn't any MAF that corrects it... right?

yes AFR can be affected by IAT... I did not have so much time to tune your car, if you remember ...

In fact, this map is really good already, well 600hp with 98 timings and 1,7 bar, I think it's quite good, not even pushing it yet. Of course the mid range could be more aggressive, but I'm sure it will be soon...

Yep, the base map is not so bad at all
I am also happy it works as well as it does, as this gives you ample opportunity to test the components and make sure that everything is perfect for mapping!
I think head lifting last time was not the biggest problem - the biggest problem was that it was consuming about 50:50 mix of oil and fuel
But it seems now you have fixed everything.
