Tight fit, but it does fit. A small aligment job has to be done for the pipings... The dipstick pipe needed to be bend a little to fit. Need to do a bracket for it.

do you use a origional throttle off a AAN engine?
what is your goal about hp?

Why not use stock throttle body? It should be good for around 1000hp based purely on the throttle body WOT flow area..

I have taken the "small opening blocker" off the flap though..

The radiator is in the stock place. It have been moved few cm backwards though.

Andy, no it isn't, not yet though. Maybe it's not needing any bracing, the v-band seems to hold quite stiff.

50mm BOV found the place where it will sit tight. Quite slow progress here, but havn't have much time in the garage...




Also got a nice little packet from FIN-Turbo today. Compared to the stock HX40S, comp + 5.5mm(billet) and ex +3.0mm.
