I'm using E85 but the map isn't ready yet. And yes, that MB is a superdiesel, have seen the car closely. It have a nice little 4" exhaust. Powersmoke needs a big pipe to get out.

congratulations to your income. have you tried with a DriftBox 100-200kmh times? I have a c4 s6 avant and similar hardware. 2.6bar-2bar (aral ultimate 102 octane) out of the top because the egt is too hot. also with super hx 40 16cm ², vems, mech. cylinder head. 100-200kmh best time 7.4sek.
DriftBox power 408kw at wheels.
this winter I will rebuild on E85, then cruise over 2bar from 7000 u/min

Yes, I think so also. Would love to get a casoline map also + plus some other goodies. Quite a lot faster, it feelt so lame after you dropped it to springboost and easy timings. Lame 600hp.

I havn't need to refill oil anymore, not ones. And the sparkplugs are shiny bright too. So, I'll guess it works now like it should be.


Edit. Dmitri, one thing we could do now already is to add some cold start fuel enrichment. -20 degrees and it needs to start maybe ten times before the engine stays on running.. It always dies right after the start. Few seconds after the engine has started you can drive the car no problem, so no need to add fuel to warmup map.

Great, it must already be quite close to right amount of fuel. It fires up right away when cranked but stalls in a second or two. Hope I remember how to write the chip.

hi. the weight is the empty weight. the audi s6 c4 avant is really heavy. but small, light and fast can almost everyone

That is really fast! How much power and what turbo? The UrS4 is lighter, my is also without aircon. Maybe 100-200kg lighter..?


BTW, just realised when I look't at my dyno vid, the engine sitts quite solid in the bay, zero movement, so no wonder there is some resonances inside the car.


Got a cheap china 50mm BOV. Don't know if it's any good, but we see soon.



For future I would also need a boost gauge with vacuum and pressure to 3bar readings. This kind 80mm would be nice.

Hi. I have the same bov. Let the weaker spring in it, the strong spring is too hard. the valve opens too late and the turbo pumps against the throttle.
I have also the holset hx40 super in there. I can't get the power. I know only the performance box values. 408kw were at wheel. I dunno if that's true...
