New diff and gearbox bushes fitted last night, after thinking the banging noise was the exhaust we found one of the bushes collapsed so changed them all

New clamps fitted to bottom half of boost hoses, hate jubilee clips even though I'm sure they are fine, these look much nicer too

Frustrating about the CV joint, though nicer to find it now than when the whole inside of the wheel is covered in grease

All seems good at the minute, a few flat out through the gears no hiccups and 1 bar boost on average then from 60 to 120 mph in top gear even managed a 1.2 bar boost. Just need to get my chipped ECU back from Mr Spink(any news) see what boost that gives me

Gonna try trace the power steering fluid leak this aft hoping it's not the rack but think it is

Don't let any of that CV grease fall onto the rim, it stained mine and could not manage to clean it off, have to get the wheel off one of these days and properly clean and try polish it with a buffer

Front grill upgrade, decided to put the RS2 rep rings on it, looks OK I think. Sure some may think not

Just put a normal chrome 4-rings on it (that don't protrude a mile) and it will look spot on

Think I agree with Sidrick. The colour of your car is lush but because it is a darker colour, the black doesn't suit the grille for me.. Mind you, as long as it is boosting well, who cares?
