    Hi chaps,

All front panels are from Koraszewski motorsport.

    Most recent update:
    - got a set of brakes: 323x30mm front with brembo calipers and 300x22mm from S4 B7 of ebay.

    - got new set of sport quattro wishbones and ball joints from Albert to fit S2 suspension...
I have a set of sport quattro wishbones for Rallye suspension from Koraszewski motorsport, real shame they don't fit my suspension, if anyone has serious interest I would probably sell it.

    - also got front drive shafts made of tank steel from Des

    - near finishing off exhaust

currently fighting with the loom, hopefully will fire it up soon

Hi, no definitive answer, but I think, and have no grounds to prove I am wrong, it was a defect during production. I can't imagine the Carbon/Kevlar panel would shrink in length and change the curvature of the arch from being stored in a flat for few years...

Anyway, there was some progress in the meantime

the master clutch cilinder inside have the same diameter so
use the slave cilinder from the 6 speed gearbox and the origional master cilinder from the b2 coupe quattro on the pedal

Quick question, am I ok to use my original clutch master cilinder part 15? 857721401A
in other words, when you do a 20vt swap with 6gear tranny do swap cylinder as well or not.

started on the right site... and the problem appeared.. the panel is too short, by about 30mm... and is different to the left one... what could be the problem, any guesses? panels been stored for 5yrs in "Home" conditions.

    arch dimensions:

From the central nut to the front/rear:

    Left panel: 33,5cm/41,5cm
    Right panel: 34cm/39cm

    Right, back I am!

Bought few parts to finish off engine bay.

Bought Wagner Inlet, ABY water manifold, ABY fuel rail, ABY engine loom.

Also got the metal bits for the rear arch reinforcement off Brian and started striping off the shell to offer composite panels.

and then offered left composite panel to the body shell
