I'm going to be using these when I fit my KW's, they're really nice quality and should protect them from the salt and dirt on UK roads.

Everybody who notice that I am doing something wrong, please let me know. I am not a car mechanic but I like to do it on my own. Sometimes my mistakes cost me a fortune, somtimes not, but self made well made! I am glad to share pictures and stuff... Maybe it helps someone somehow.

Hi Macspring
No, I don't know. I had access to one carshop storage and I searched and searched until I found some kind of steering rack protection rubber what fits perfectly. Real rubber is not plastic I hope it will last.

You don't need the foam bumpstop with the bilsteins, they are internally built in.
Looks good!

Adding brakes.
360mm rotors need to resize to 352mm
I put an extra bolt to make changing the tires easier.
New bolts 1cm longer and adapters to avoid bolts from moving.
I am too lazy for making special adapters, so I just put bigger nuts over there. They must be 15mm or 14mm, don't remember.
Even the brake lines fit. But there I must figure something out, they vibrate and aluminium may break.
Because the rotors are now 352mm the brake pad's are like this:
A little hammerite. No rust needed.
Ready for test ride!!
Now, hard braking might throw the car on the roof!Attached Files- P1050206.jpg (227.2 KB, 524 views)

Received Albert's bushings today. I will not change them until I have all bushings that goes under the car. Luckily I have some time, because OEM bushings still work, maybe they are a bit softer than they should be.
