BTW ET20 7.5 will clear with flares well. And 17" will accomodate 17Z-s.

I'm a big fan of Azev A rims. I believe, they are the best design wheels for B3/B4 chassis cars in terms of appearance.

Thanks, great to know that et20 won't be a broblem. White looks really good on those rimms, and can suite a dark blue car quite nice.

Wheels are now blasted clean of old paint(and two small dents straightened and fill welded) tomorrow morning they go for powder coating.

I´m happy that someone has a b4 sedan like I do. Only different engine I´m looking forward for future mods. What brakes and suspension mods will be coming?

For a start I will just get the engine finished and mapped, then the car registered and MOT:ed with the 2.2 20vt engine. Nothing more planned at this point. Bigger mods then on the UrS...

Mine looked like that, but sadly I managed to ruin one wheel, and now I´m missing one 17" 8.0 et35 wheel. Artec Edition L

Now I ave Borbet Motorsport wheels, but they are in a bad condition and look horrible. If I put winter wheels on, they will get new paint.

Finally got another car finished, so today I started to build the engine. Had to choose between a really good condition NG bottom end and a little more worn AAN block. Desided to make it out of the AAN because I trust the turbo pistons little more.

AAN block, new KS main bearings...


Crank installed. Bulk 12.9 grade main bolts torqued to 76Nm.


Then I had to decide the head. 3 7A, 2 AAN. Decide to use the second from left, 7A that has the water manifold holes and waterjacked done. The left one is also a 7A head, fully ported and it goes in the UrS.
