    Any rust issues?
There is a small spot of rust under the trunk, and a few areas throughout the car where it has barely started. It will all be addressed with new sheet metal but first I need to find a good way to take the coating off. wire wheel maybe?

You are definitely going to need a helper spring here....

Knotted wire wheel on an angle grinder, separates the rust from the solid stuff a treat.

Sorry didn't see your reply above.
I have used AAN harness before with either stock or Plug and play ECU, it can be done.

On this one I will be using a custom made VEMS harness. Because It will be much cleaner and eliminates alot of the extra stuff that is not needed.

*Got a proper small chassis oil pan and blasted out the inside- getting ready to swap over
*Fit up my throttle cable to go with the new forward facing manifold
*Cleaned the paint overspray off the drivers door.

Lastly, one thing I overlooked. It looks like I am going to have to make a cutout in the stock URQ trans to accept my sensor for TDC

been busy with other stuff but quite a few things coming together slowly.

                  Turbo Oil/Coolant lines

Found the proper fitting for the vacuum line into the booster after a couple tries .

Started on the oil and coolant lines.

                  1.5" bellows for wastegate

Fuel rail. But need to get fittings for in and out to adapt to 6AN . I don't recall on these what the Inlet size is ... anyone know?
Also the threads on one end appear to knocked down or flattened somehow - is this an issue or would the piece threading in form the aluminum a little ? I'm worried if alum-alum it would Gall. Any thoughts?

Also another step I am working on is trying to get a pattern for Rockers so I can make them in the brake. For a big rust repair project.
Working a pattern for rockers , this is my first try- close but still pretty far off and I'll have to educate myself on which order to do the bends in.

This is a good idea of what I want for a final product,

Its easier (for me anyway) to take an aluminium tig welding rod to make the pattern with than sheet metal as its easier to bend. And you kan tap it in properly in sharp bends. Then when your satisfied you can practise bend order on another wire

This is the bending order i would use i think.
