We still need a disc to make all the measurements. It might be old used one.

FYI, the maximum disk width if using Wilwood mechanical e-brake is 0.81" (20.5mm). But they are good price at 194.99 USD/pair. They can be modified to work with wider disks, but plug-n-play option would be better.
The advantage of the Brembo e-brake is that it can take disk width of up to 1.25" (31.7mm). But they are $$$...
I'm currently exploring what disks make sense to use in the rear that could work with the Wilwood, but unless modified, you are limited to 20mm disk width. They you must look at what calipers are compatible with that width. Takes many out of the running. I'd like to use the cayenne rears, but they are originally designed for 330X30 disks, so not really compatible with the Wilwood.

They are quality items as used by several well known manufacturers and can accept the thicker discs that we want

Thx for all the info. I will definitely have a use in it.
I am also working on front 345 mm and 360 mm kits for UrS4 HP2 uprights. I need another 3 weeks to have them finished.AKmotorsport.net - Manufacturing Motorsport parts that do the job. | Audi S2 on Facebook | Best way of reaching me is sending email to albert@akmotorsport.net

brakes...
In the US the c4 came with a g60 front brake setup. So I bought new 17z/18z
adapter brackets from Brydon Engineering. If you could make a 2 piece rotor
setup for people with 17z on the front or a urs4/s6 that would be great.
If someone plans on keepings 17 inch wheels you need to use 330mm or less
diameter rotors. I found 2 piece for the rear with boxster calipers but I can find
front 2 piece rotors with the right offset anywhere. Also a mechanical parking
brake solution for the rear would actually be first on my list.

Thanks John B. I was able to replicate your work & now I have a working E-brake. I ended up getting used calipers from a Viper.

Hey, no problem. Looks like a neat installation. When I first did mine I used a second hand set of avant cables but in retrospect they were sticky due to water ingress and sheath damage. A new set has really made the difference. The caiipers are IMHO the best on the market bar none and the best bit is you get twice the 996 braking fun.2001 996 C4 - Being renovated
