It looks too lean. Increase gas pressure and try. Motronic is increasing its ms so it's wanting more fuel in gas as gas setup is lean.

Grey connector 4a. Connect it to the wire that comes drink the sensor that is between 0 and 1 volts. Normally 0.45 at idle.

these two? Ms on gas jumps up and down between 3 and 7 ish when idling.

How do I connect lambda again?

Take a screen shot of the screen that shows duty cycle and rpm when on petrol and then repeat on gas. Have you the narrow band lambda sensor connected?

It works on LPG now but is very rough on idle, rpm is jumping up and down and once it even stalled. Shakes like hell under high boost. Below are some screenshots that came out, I don't know what I'm looking at tbh.

It's probably because I don't know what to expect, so when car starts juddering and stalling you don't know what to do

Cool. Once you get your head round what's happening it's actually quite simple. Just stick with it.

That's correct it remembers. But back it up to your laptop just in case.

OK thanks mate, I shall try it tomorrow and hopefully it will go as planned

If I remove cables etc later I don't have to calibrate it again?

If you use the button in the car to keep the gas off Then start the Autocal. That should do it.

Thanks. I'll take out the injector inserts and get car upto temperature (reducer needs to be 50C to start AutoCal), I assume I have to override the auto switch over at 25C?

Yes if it's increasing the injection times than it's likely to be lean. Remove the restrictions and try again. I think you start the calibration process with it on petrol. Follow the on screen instructions. Do it with lights and all electrical loads off. Then it asks to increase load. Turn all lights on air con on full and put steering at full lock etc. This is from memory. Its so the ecu sees 2 different operating points to scale itself against.

What readings have you for gas pressure when it tries to run on gas. Have a look at lambda when you switch over. See if it goes rich or lean and also look at petrol ecu durations to see if motronic is adding or taking fuel. Once calibrated motronic pulse time will not change when swiching to gas as the gas flow will equal the petrol flow.

Take a pic of the calibration map. What nozzles are in the magic jets.

    Pressure is about 0.9 bar.

So it's ok that it runs pretty rough at the start? It also shows load, and load on petrol injectors increased as soon as i switched to gas.

Should I start calibration process when it's fully running on LPG?

Magicjet came with screw in nozzles that I left in, should I take them out?
