Gas pressure is never at 1 bar, it is about 0.7-0.8 range most of the time?

Then you need to adjust all your model points again. After a multi adjust.

If you find the gas times are all much more than petrol times increase the multi. If they are all much less reduce multi.

The modeling tab allows you to adjust points across the operating range of the engine. From memory the x axis is the gas injector duaratuon and the y axis is the petrol duration. So I find at idle the petrol duration is shorter the gas duration. E.g. 3 ms petrol and maybe 4 ms gas. Then at light load the petrol ecu light be at 5 ms and the gas at 6.5 ms. Then at high loads say 18ms petrol I find the gas is less e.g. 15 ms maybe. You can pull up and down the points inn the graph to get it exactly how it needs to be at all points. Without the wideband lambda it will be harder to tell if it's lean on rich but your stock lambda once connected will help.

Basicly what you want when your inn the measure screen is about 1 bar gas pressure. Then when you switch between petrol and gas the motronic Times should stay the same. If the motronic Times get bigger you need to increase the point on the model curve up in the y position to give more gas. Then try switching again between petrol and gas and see if the times on motronic stay the same. Now repeat at a higher load setting.

Had a play with Modelling tab and at times it got better, but honestly I have no idea what either of those variables mean or do to how car runs.

Gas pressure seems to be low as well, about 0,7bar?

After doing Autocal, what's the best way to collect the map points?

OK. I'll try and get that done tonight if I get a minute. How do I know when to stop, sorta just see how it runs?

Idling is rough, but drives fine until it's about 0.5bar boost when it starts to shake like hell.

How does it drive now. This is where a wideband kit is good.

Now that lambda is connected petrol and gas ms is pretty steady ~3 for petrol and ~8 for gas

4A was the violet wire, so that's now connected. It doesn't allow me to increase working pressure above 2 bar?
